Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an industrialist and theorist. He established Social Discovery Group, an international online organization with headquarters in Malta, and partially owns Dating Group.
In 2016, he initiated the SDG Foundation.
He possesses a PhD in philosophical theory and helped create the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Scholarly Department of Moscow State University.
